Those who ignore AI will become irrelevant, warns ex-Google CEO
The data behind Eric Schmidt's AI prediction is eye-opening (even for lawyers)
"If you're not using AI, you'll soon be irrelevant compared to your peers."
That's the stern warning from Eric Schmidt, former CEO of Google.
A Wake-Up Call
Schmidt's recent TED interview delivered stark insights, starting with these:
AI could drive a 30% annual productivity increase.
Economists "have no models" to forecast this rate of change.

ChatGPT Lab
Starting in June, I’ll be running a weekly ChatGPT Lab where lawyers observe, learn, discuss, and make steady progress using GenAI in their law practices.
Think of it as a “training ground” focused on practical results. One where you’ll start to:
Understand what GenAI can best help you with today
Focus on what matters most, with minimal stress & strain
Harness the power of ChatGPT to streamline your law practice
Maximize your leverage of AI tools like Perplexity and NotebookLM

P.S. Remember Schmidt's words: "As this stuff happens quicker, you'll forget what was true two or three years ago."
Don't fall behind. Start riding the wave now, while it's not as challenging.
